Requires a bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and three years of relevant experience. Travel and relocation to client sites across the United States are required.

Design, configure, develop, and support Workday HCM solutions across Core HCM, business processes, security, reporting, calculated fields, benefits, compensation, talent, and performance management. Build inbound and outbound integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio, while configuring validations, notifications, approvals, and role-based access.

Design, develop, implement, review, evaluate, and test client/server and web applications. Gather and assess user requirements and procedures while working with Java, Oracle, Salesforce, J2EE, and HTML. The role requires travel or relocation to various U.S. client sites for short- and long-term assignments.
