Design, build, and scale secure backend systems for a fintech product using PHP and Laravel or Symfony. Responsibilities include REST API development, database optimization, CI/CD, Docker, testing, performance monitoring, security, and clean architecture. The role contributes to technical decisions, collaborates cross-functionally, and mentors developers while maintaining robust, scalable, and maintainable code.

Own end-to-end business analysis for a financial services engagement. Elicit and document requirements, analyze systems, processes, data flows, and integrations, and maintain traceable business and technical specifications. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, identify risks and dependencies, support Agile delivery, validate solutions through UAT, and resolve implementation issues. Represent the team with client stakeholders while escalating strategic decisions to the Product Manager.
