The role requires adaptability, problem-solving, strong organization, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays while meeting physical demands.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting. Partners with Merchandising, Store Operations, Supply Chain, and E-commerce teams to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights. Maintains financial models, consolidates planning inputs, monitors performance against forecasts, and improves FP&A processes and reporting tools. Requires strong analytical, communication, Excel, and bilingual French-English collaboration skills.
