Supports daily store operations, coaches and motivates the team, monitors KPIs, delivers exceptional customer service, assists with hiring and training, manages inventory and compliance, maintains visual merchandising standards, plans floor coverage, and supports omnichannel sales initiatives.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting. Partners with Merchandising, Store Operations, Supply Chain, and E-commerce teams to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights. Maintains financial models, consolidates planning inputs, monitors performance against forecasts, and improves FP&A processes and reporting tools. Requires strong analytical, communication, Excel, and bilingual French-English collaboration skills.

Supports organization-wide FP&A through budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, performance reporting, and scenario planning. Collaborates with merchandising, store operations, supply chain, and e-commerce teams to interpret financial data, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and support business decisions. Contributes to improving FP&A processes, tools, and reporting. Requires at least three years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, financial analysis expertise, and French-English bilingualism.
