Conçoit et développe des tailleurs et coordonnés féminins pour RW&CO., de l’interprétation des tendances à la création des collections. Réalise des croquis, concepts et dossiers de conception, puis participe aux essayages et aux revues afin d’affiner les coupes, proportions, matières et finitions. Collabore avec le marchandisage et les partenaires externes pour harmoniser vision créative, identité de marque, attentes clientes et potentiel commercial.

Design and develop elevated women’s suits and coordinated sets, translating fashion, cultural, and customer insights into commercially compelling collections. Responsibilities include creating sketches, garment concepts, design packages, silhouettes, color stories, fabric selections, and fit refinements. The designer partners with Merchandising and other teams from concept through final execution, contributes to fittings and collection reviews, and owns creative execution for assigned categories.

Designs and develops premium men’s suits and tailored apparel, translating fashion trends and cultural influences into commercially viable collections. Creates sketches, garment concepts, design briefs, color palettes, material selections, and presentations. Collaborates with merchandising, creative teams, and external partners throughout development, including fittings and collection reviews. Refines fit, proportions, construction, and finishes while maintaining RW&CO.’s seasonal creative direction and brand identity.
