Designs, installs, configures, maintains, monitors, and tunes enterprise data storage environments. Performs storage performance analysis, audits, configuration management, root-cause investigation, and solution development. Supports global infrastructure services, maintains storage documentation and CMDB records, collaborates with customers and technical teams, and contributes to complex projects. The role requires on-call availability, advanced problem-solving and communication skills, and expertise with storage platforms such as NetApp or Pure Storage.

Leads US GAAP month-, quarter-, and year-end reporting for RGA Japan, including journal-entry review, reconciliations, management reporting, statutory and tax reporting, SOX controls, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and financial process improvements. Partners with actuarial, valuation, tax, audit, compliance, and regional finance teams to ensure accurate reporting across US GAAP, JSTAT, and tax bases while supporting risk management and regulator interactions.

Support actuarial valuation model testing, development, maintenance, product assumption changes, month-end closing, reinsurance billing analysis, and other valuation projects. The role requires collaboration with actuarial and insurance teams and may involve U.S. GAAP, Chinese accounting standards, and China solvency regulations.
