Defines and implements standards for data quality, metadata, privacy, security, lifecycle management, ownership, and access controls. Monitors compliance through audits and metrics, partners with business and technology stakeholders, develops governance capabilities, and drives adoption across teams. The role also leads cross-functional initiatives, resolves complex issues, supports Agile planning, and aligns data governance with enterprise and regulatory requirements.

Leads RGA’s global investment structuring strategy, overseeing complex transactions and initiatives from concept through implementation. Advises senior stakeholders and cross-functional Finance, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Risk, and Actuarial teams on capital, accounting, regulatory, tax, liquidity, and rating agency considerations. Manages internal teams, external relationships, governance, investment risk, strategic partnerships, and operational improvements across global investment platforms.

Leads pension risk transfer distribution and sales from opportunity triage through bidding, negotiation, and policy implementation. Builds relationships with brokers, consultants, fiduciaries, and plan sponsors; develops customized transaction solutions; coordinates pricing, investments, legal, strategy, and administration teams; analyzes market trends; supports product strategy; and establishes best practices for pension de-risking transactions.
