Short-term contract supporting underwriting operations: receive and set up reinsurance applications in Reflex and Sylvie, monitor and prioritize queues, assign mail, escalate high-priority cases, communicate with internal/external clients, assist underwriters, follow up with retro-cessionaires, support projects and reporting, and perform administrative tasks as directed by the Director.

Provide first- and second-level regional IT support for hardware, software, peripherals, VoIP, and networking. Troubleshoot, document and resolve incidents via ServiceNow, escalate complex issues, coordinate small regional projects, and support office IT infrastructure and collaboration tools.

Support the claims team by accurately registering claim case data, collecting and organizing industry-related information, proofreading and formatting documents and training materials, and performing ad hoc tasks. Gain exposure to claims processes and basic data processing while using Microsoft Office tools.
