Leads a software engineering team while designing, developing, modernizing, and supporting enterprise full-stack applications. Builds Java and Spring Boot services, REST APIs, microservices, and Angular or React interfaces; optimizes relational databases; and guides architecture, testing, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and secure development practices. Investigates production incidents, improves observability and performance, mentors developers, coordinates technical delivery, and collaborates with architecture, product, UX, QA, DevOps, database, and operations teams.

Design digital and print marketing materials, campaigns, proposal graphics, presentations, websites, videos, and branded communications. Collaborate with designers and stakeholders, translate technical content into compelling visuals, manage multiple deadlines, present concepts, maintain brand consistency, and use emerging AI-enabled tools to improve creative workflows. The role emphasizes typography, layout, visual storytelling, infographics, attention to detail, feedback, and continuous professional development.

Leads Help Desk operations as backup to the manager, overseeing ticket queues, escalations, staffing, service-level performance, contractual reporting, dashboards, knowledge-base governance, and cross-functional issue resolution. Provides customer and technical support, troubleshoots application and access issues, coordinates releases and maintenance, supports onboarding and training, and drives service improvements. The role requires strong communication, reporting, documentation, analytical, and operational leadership skills in a regulated or government environment.
