Develops capture strategies, win themes, competitive intelligence, teaming plans, budgets, and executive engagement while managing cross-functional teams through contract award. The role focuses on GSA and federal acquisition vehicles, pipeline growth, stakeholder relationships, proposal success, and mentoring capture professionals. It also champions AI-enabled market intelligence, opportunity analysis, automation, and capture artifact development.
