Manages the country club’s complete human resources program, including HRIS administration, payroll records, benefits, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, H2B visa administration, workers’ compensation, safety programs, and employee engagement. Partners with management on compensation, succession planning, organizational structure, and retention initiatives while maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Manage accounts payable, vendor records, purchase orders, and payroll processing. Reconcile vendor and payroll accounts, support month-end inventory, prepare audit documentation, assist with budgeting and financial reporting, and enforce internal controls and compliance.
