Prepare and review individual and business tax returns, support year-round tax planning and compliance, research tax issues, and develop client solutions. Build strong client relationships, collaborate across teams, meet deadlines, and mentor staff and interns. The role also contributes to process improvements, client service excellence, and community involvement.

Performs client accounting and advisory services, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, depreciation and amortization schedules, financial statements, payroll, cash transactions, and accounting software maintenance. Builds client relationships, identifies issues in financial statements, supports client needs, and collaborates with internal specialists while managing multiple deadlines.

Leads fractional CFO and financial advisory engagements, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, profitability analysis, month-end reporting, ERP improvement, due diligence, refinancing, and restructuring. Partners with client management to improve business performance and supports strategic decision-making. Also develops the CFO Services sales pipeline through internal collaboration, referral networks, and industry relationships.
