The Risk Advisory Services Senior Associate executes client engagements focused on risk management, internal controls, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and technology effectiveness. Provides front-desk reception and administrative support, including answering calls, greeting visitors, managing mail and deliveries, coordinating workspaces and meetings, arranging travel, preparing documents, scanning and filing, ordering supplies, and supporting onboarding. Requires professional communication, confidentiality, multitasking, organization, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.

Process accurate payroll for multiple clients, manage payroll reporting and tax registrations, maintain payroll and benefits systems, verify data, resolve discrepancies, answer client questions, and support compliance, integrations, and process improvements. The role requires strong accuracy, organization, communication, discretion, and client service skills, along with experience using payroll platforms and handling multi-state payroll requirements.
