Rehlko Benefits Overview

Supervise technical services for LATAM engine products by advising customers on engine specifications, troubleshooting warranty claims, managing warranty approvals and parts or replacement engines, maintaining technical product information, updating and translating manuals, answering customer questions, supporting pre- and post-sales activities, producing reports and statistics, and assisting the Technical Services Manager with warranty policy implementation.

Oversees daily office administration, facilities coordination, vendor relationships, workplace services, supplies, budgets, employee and visitor support, onboarding logistics, events, communications, records, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. The role ensures an organized, safe, efficient, and professional office environment while supporting leadership and cross-functional teams.

Supports compensation, benefits, and broader HR initiatives as part of Rehlko’s Total Rewards team. The intern will analyze data in Excel, generate insights, collaborate with stakeholders, and assist with projects that support employee engagement and business goals. The role includes mentorship, professional development, and hands-on exposure to Total Rewards programs.
