Leads enterprise-wide operations transformation initiatives across global manufacturing, including footprint optimization, facility expansion, capacity balancing, process and equipment deployment, insourcing and outsourcing, product transfers, and M&A integration. Partners with finance, legal, HR, supply chain, and business stakeholders to improve cost, capacity, resiliency, compliance, and operational efficiency. Oversees strategic planning, capital investments, integration plans, and global program execution.

Leads the company’s finance governance and financial controls framework, including ICFR, SOX compliance, control testing, deficiency evaluation, remediation, audit coordination, ITGC oversight, finance policies, and executive reporting. Partners with Finance, Internal Audit, IT, external auditors, and leadership to maintain a sustainable control environment, support public-company requirements, and improve governance across global business units.

Provides strategic and operational HR support across a multi-site organization. Partners with leaders and managers on people strategies, employee relations, performance and absence management, organizational change, workforce planning, talent management, succession, recruitment, compliance, HR analytics, and employee experience. Requires CIPD Level 5, at least five years of generalist HR experience, strong UK employment law knowledge, and experience supporting complex organizations.
