Plans, designs, and develops controller, sensor, harness, and accessory integrations for engine and generator products. Supports sustaining product development by resolving supply chain, manufacturing, and customer issues; coordinates with engineering teams, suppliers, customers, and manufacturing. Leads testing, standards development, documentation, CAD and electrical design activities, project schedules, and generator integration milestones. The role requires limited domestic and international travel and hybrid onsite work in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Develops predictive maintenance, optimization, feedback, and model predictive control algorithms for power conversion and generation systems. Builds component models in Simulink, generates C++ code, validates algorithms through simulation and hardware testing, integrates designs into existing codebases, and creates internal engineering tools. Serves as a technical expert in software and model-based design while supporting troubleshooting and technical reviews across the business.
