The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, initiative, relationship-building, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM, and scheduling tools.

Provides high-level administrative, operational, and logistical support to the CFOO. Responsibilities include executive calendar and travel coordination, professional communications, confidential information handling, inventory and supply management, facility vendor and property manager liaison, event and meeting coordination, discrepancy resolution, and oversight of business filings, permits, and licensing across multiple locations.
