Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for engineering, manufacturing, and operations. Produce monthly performance analysis, variance reporting, dashboards, and KPIs. Partner with accounting and cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions, capacity planning, capital investment analysis, and board/investor reporting. Improve FP&A processes and tools as the company scales.

Lead end-to-end design, construction, installation, and commissioning of defense-grade metalworking production lines. Create engineering specs and SolidWorks layouts, manage vendors and contractors, oversee on-site installation, control budgets and schedules, coordinate cross-functional ramp activities, and drive risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

Lead a small field engineering team to deploy and commission new operational and manufacturing systems, coordinate cross-functional technical work under tight timelines, resolve critical-path issues, and convert one-off deployments into repeatable processes, tooling, and playbooks across internal sites, partner environments, and select international efforts.
