Lead design and build core software primitives, platforms, and developer-facing tooling for machine-facing systems. Work across software, controls, hardware, and operations to create durable, extensible systems and support multi-facility deployments and partner integrations.

Lead procurement strategy and operations to scale manufacturing. Own sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiations, supplier relationships, and purchasing processes. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and accounting to ensure parts sourcing from prototype through production while maintaining cost, quality, and on-time delivery.

Lead development, qualification, and optimization of manufacturing processes for defense-grade components. Oversee FAIs, process validations, statistical analysis (CpK/PpK, SPC), root-cause investigations, metal processing, and lean/Six Sigma improvements. Manage suppliers, customers, and a multi-shift team of supervisors and technicians in an in-person Dallas factory environment.
