Provides phone and email support to commercial and business clients using treasury management products. Troubleshoots technical issues, file mapping, transaction disputes, and payment processing problems; documents interactions, researches complex banking issues, coordinates with internal departments, and manages workload to meet service standards. The role is full-time, initially onsite, with potential future remote flexibility based on performance and business needs.

Provides investment advice and financial planning to bank customers, develops client relationships, prospects for new business, manages a client pipeline, conducts portfolio reviews, and ensures compliance with industry and corporate requirements. The role requires securities and insurance licensing, customer-focused relationship management, and expertise in investment products and portfolio planning.

Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots mainframe operating systems, hardware, and software. Ensures system performance, security, compliance, and operational reliability; supports backup and disaster recovery strategies; documents configurations and procedures; manages vendor support issues; and participates in rotating 24/7 on-call coverage for critical incidents.
