Directs Food for Kids and Food for Health programs, including strategic planning, budgeting, reimbursement, grants, food coordination, compliance, monitoring, community partnerships and staff development. Oversees four to six employees, maintains audit-ready records, ensures federal and state requirements are met, coordinates multisite food distribution, and represents programs with community groups, funders and public agencies. Travel up to 50% and rotating on-call participation may be required.

Manage a portfolio of approximately 120 prospective and existing donors, cultivate relationships, solicit mid-level and major gifts, coordinate fundraising events and tours, and maintain accurate donor records. The role requires consistent outreach, follow-through, donor research, relationship building, administrative organization, and occasional travel across the service area to support the Regional Food Bank’s fundraising mission.

Provides executive leadership across food supply, inventory, warehouse, production, transportation, logistics, facilities, fleet readiness, and disaster response. Establishes operating systems, KPIs, budgets, performance reviews, compliance practices, and cross-functional decision rights. Leads 40–60 employees, develops operational leaders, improves food availability and fulfillment, manages resources and risk, coordinates disaster response, and represents operations with executives, partners, and governing bodies.
