Owns people leadership, hiring, delivery, production support, incident response, platform reliability, SLOs, monitoring, disaster recovery, and technical direction. Partners with product, branch operations, and business stakeholders to deliver integrations and cross-functional projects while maintaining uptime, data integrity, compliance, and responsible AI adoption.

Sell and support personal loan products remotely through phone and electronic interactions. Responsibilities include presenting loan solutions, processing and underwriting applications within authority limits, building customer relationships, assisting delinquent borrowers, posting payments and fees, closing loans, and tracking performance goals. The role requires strong communication, customer service, data entry, Microsoft Office skills, and flexibility for staggered Monday-Saturday schedules.
