Provides individualized wellbeing and mental health support to higher education students, including crisis assessment, referrals, reasonable adjustments, safeguarding, and recovery planning. Delivers workshops and staff training, creates wellbeing resources, supports DSA and student case processes, maintains confidential GDPR-compliant records, and collaborates with academic staff, healthcare providers, and external agencies to promote inclusion and equal access.

Lead institution-wide marketing and communications strategies supporting undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment. Manage digital performance marketing, CRM and marketing automation, AI-enabled innovation, content, SEO, brand management, market research, analytics, and campaign optimization. Oversee teams and suppliers, improve the prospective student journey, generate leads, increase applications and conversions, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders. The role is onsite in Mumbai or Chennai with occasional recruitment-related travel.

Provides administrative support across the student journey, maintaining accurate student records in Unit-E and coordinating processes involving progress, withdrawals, suspensions, transfers, and appeals. The role also manages certificate tracking and release, supports disciplinary and Registry investigations, liaises with internal departments, and delivers responsive service to students and academic staff while meeting deadlines.
