Responsibilities include improving application-to-enrolment conversion, ensuring admissions compliance and data integrity, analyzing market and agent trends, delivering partner training, meeting recruitment KPIs, and coordinating with university stakeholders. The role also supports strategic planning, process improvement, brand reputation, and occasional travel for meetings or training.

Lead UK student recruitment through agent and partner relationship management, new business development, team leadership, KPI delivery, and conversion improvement. Analyze recruitment data, produce reports, ensure admissions compliance and data integrity, train staff and partners, resolve process issues, and support strategic planning. Build external networks, represent the university at events, improve service quality and brand reputation, and collaborate with admissions, quality assurance, finance, and student support teams. The role includes occasional travel and hybrid working.

Provide career coaching and recruitment support to graduating students across multiple campuses. Develop programmes, toolkits and digital/on-demand resources; liaise with employers and internal stakeholders; record and report student progression and outcomes; promote services via social media and content; deliver one-to-one and group support and maintain accurate student records.
