Leads attendance monitoring processes, identifies students with attendance concerns, supports early interventions, and coordinates follow-up with academic and administrative teams. Maintains accurate records for compliance audits and UKVI/OfS requirements, liaises across student services and registry functions, and trains staff on attendance procedures and systems. The role also supports student meetings, reinstatement and return-to-study processes, and handles sensitive information with confidentiality.

Lead institution-wide marketing and communications strategies supporting undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment. Manage digital performance marketing, CRM and marketing automation, AI-enabled innovation, content, SEO, brand management, market research, analytics, and campaign optimization. Oversee teams and suppliers, improve the prospective student journey, generate leads, increase applications and conversions, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders. The role is onsite in Mumbai or Chennai with occasional recruitment-related travel.
