Perform independent quality reviews and approvals of investigations (including OOS/OOT), coach teams, analyze trends, provide cGMP-based oversight for fill-finish sterile manufacturing, lead cross-functional teams, train staff, and present quality recommendations to management.

Serve as the primary I&C lead on multidisciplinary projects from concept through handover. Specify and evaluate field instrumentation, lead design reviews, support HAZOPs and risk assessments, troubleshoot control system issues, direct consultants and contractors, and support FAT/SAT, commissioning, qualification and startup in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Lead mechanical engineering across multi-disciplinary projects from concept through design, construction, commissioning, qualification, and handover. Develop and maintain mechanical specifications, P&IDs, piping layouts, utility designs, and equipment datasheets. Provide technical oversight of vendors/contractors, support commissioning/startup and qualification, participate in design and safety reviews, evaluate new technologies, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with operations, quality, maintenance, and EHS.
