Participate in a 27-month MBA rotational program across three nine-month assignments. Lead cross-functional projects in areas including corporate strategy, business development, marketing, commercial operations, and market access. Analyze business challenges, develop actionable recommendations, present findings to leaders, collaborate across teams, and receive mentorship and training while adapting to changing business needs.

Leads enterprise planning process standards, templates, workflows, governance, and technical integrations across Planisware and connected reporting systems. Manages the planning template library, translates business needs into technical requirements, coordinates design, testing, validation, and release readiness, and drives cross-functional adoption and continuous improvement. Partners with data stewards, technology teams, process owners, and functional experts to ensure accurate data, consistent workflows, audit readiness, and sustainable platform operations.

Manage the end-to-end rolling forecast, budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis processes. Administer and improve the Oracle EPM/Hyperion platform, including model development, metadata, workflow automation, integrations, dashboards, governance, and access controls. Partner with FP&A, Accounting, business leaders, and vendors to ensure accurate, timely forecasts and drive process automation and system enhancements.
