Manages clinical imaging operations for early- and late-phase trials, coordinating imaging vendors, CROs, clinical sites, and cross-functional study teams. Responsibilities include imaging study start-up, vendor oversight, documentation, site training, performance tracking, issue resolution, data quality, and compliance with study-specific procedures. The role supports imaging modalities including ultrasound, MRI, DXA, CT, and photography, and is based onsite in Tarrytown, New York four days per week.

Provides toxicologic pathology expertise across drug discovery and development. Serves as study pathologist for in-house studies, prepares pathology reports, conducts peer review of CRO toxicology studies, applies digital image analysis, supports digital pathology initiatives, and contributes to regulatory submissions, scientific publications, presentations, and external scientific engagement.

Provides strategic legal counsel to global clinical development and drug discovery teams on FDA regulations, clinical research, human subject protection, privacy, AI, GxP compliance, contracts, and risk management. Drafts and negotiates clinical trial and research agreements, advises on patient rights, collaborates with internal stakeholders and CROs, and supports policies, governance, training, and regulatory compliance within a global biotech environment.
