Supervise back-of-house kitchen operations, train and schedule staff, maintain food quality and safety, enforce sanitation and health-code standards, manage labor and station setup, resolve operational issues during high-volume shifts, and coordinate with front-of-house to ensure efficient service.

Support Director of Sales to generate and book hotel rooms and event space. Prospect, qualify, and manage corporate, group, and convention accounts; assist with contracts, sales strategy, revenue/yield management, client meetings, and guest relations. Coordinate with Catering, Front Desk, and management to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Supervise and support front desk operations, manage staff scheduling, maintain room/reservation statistics, assist forecasting, coordinate with departments, participate in management meetings, and ensure courteous guest service.
