Performs taxable income calculations, book-to-tax difference analysis, REIT compliance monitoring, and fixed asset reconciliations. Uses JD Edwards, reporting tools, and advanced Excel for accounting analysis. The nine-week, in-person internship provides exposure to REIT, partnership, corporate taxation, and commercial real estate while developing accounting and professional skills.

Manages financial underwriting, analysis, and due diligence for retail real estate acquisitions, developments, and redevelopments. Prepares investment models, pro formas, committee materials, and forecasts; oversees transaction reviews, market research, tenant financial analysis, and investment closings. Supervises and develops financial services analysts while supporting investment and leasing decisions.

Manages financial models, forecasting, underwriting, due diligence, and credit analysis for commercial real estate developments, acquisitions, and redevelopments. Prepares investment memoranda, asset review books, lease and agreement abstracts, and financial analyses supporting investment decisions. The role also tracks contractual milestones and collaborates on special projects. This hybrid position requires strong real estate finance knowledge, quantitative skills, Power BI proficiency, and Argus Enterprise experience.
