The Project Manager will oversee all phases of modular construction projects, including budget management, cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and client relations, while adapting to a fast-paced startup environment.

Lead scaling of manufacturing and field operations from prototype to multi-facility production. Own factory launches, P&L, throughput, quality, safety, workforce scaling, supply chain resilience, CI programs, and integration of MES/automation with engineering and software teams to drive repeatable, data-driven production.

Lead mechanical system design and factory commissioning for a volumetric modular microfactory. Create detailed CAD and GD&T-compliant drawings, perform FEA for fixtures and gantries, manage vendors, troubleshoot and root-cause failures on the shop floor, and mentor engineers. Translate R&D concepts into robust, production-ready automation and equipment.
