Lead cross-functional program management for a portfolio of 5+ modular housing projects from contract through field delivery. Maintain a single source of truth across Design, Permitting, Engineering, Factory Production, Field Operations, Software, and Procurement. Track schedules in Jira/BigGantt, identify and escalate critical-path risks, manage long-lead procurement and factory capacity, enforce stage-gate handoffs, and surface clear program health and risk reports to leadership.

Lead business development efforts at Reframe Systems, focusing on customer acquisition, relationship management, and pipeline management to support national growth in sustainable housing solutions.

The Head of Operations will lead the scaling of manufacturing and field operations, managing factory launches, P&L, CI functions, supply chain, and technology integration while building organizational infrastructure for growth.
