Teams at Refractal

Build and own Refractal’s data foundation, including a cryptographically signed evidence store, streaming and batch pipelines, compliance reporting datasets, and training and evaluation data. Ensure data quality, provenance, retention, residency, deletion, auditability, and multi-tenant isolation for regulated customers. Partner with data scientists and security researchers to support AI security detection and compliance requirements.

Own Refractal’s infrastructure, release processes, cloud deployments, and customer-hosted packaging. Responsibilities include hardening Google Cloud, building secure CI/CD pipelines with signed artifacts and supply-chain verification, managing secrets and environment isolation, automating compliance controls, and improving observability. The role requires production infrastructure ownership, Terraform, Kubernetes, cloud networking and IAM, software supply-chain security, and Python or Go automation.

Build and own Refractal’s customer-facing operator console using React and TypeScript, translating designs into accessible, data-heavy interfaces. Develop integrations with AI platforms, SIEMs, identity providers, and observability tools, including APIs and SDKs. Improve integration reliability through testing, monitoring, authentication, error handling, and documentation. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and customers while establishing front-end and integration standards for the Podgorica team.
