Lead two studio locations focusing on membership growth, daily operations, instructor development, and client experience. Own KPIs (sales, retention, utilization, revenue), drive local marketing and community outreach, coach and onboard instructors, teach 15 hours/week, and support studio openings and regional needs with regular on-site presence and intercity travel for training and launches.
