Employee Reviews

Fred Clark

Ref is growing rapidly and we’ve got the opportunity and need to do a lot in our systems. I’m excited about the significant tech involvement within the overall growth of the business in the coming year.

Fred Clark, CTO

With numerous projects in the pipeline, CTO Fred Clark said it's an exciting time to be a technologist at Reformation as the team works on a few key projects to support the company’s international growth. The tech team works with various technologies, such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Python, Netsuite and Deposco, in an effort to establish dynamic experiences on the website and other exciting projects. As the brand continues to grow its international footprint, the company aims to grow its web team, integration team and product information management team.

Amanda Bennette

Yearly planning is always the most exciting time of the year, as we get to think about work from a blue-sky perspective, define our focus areas and revisit how we work.

Amanda Bennette, Senior Director of Digital Product Management

Reformation’s digital product team, led by Amanda Bennette, relies on data-driven collaboration to drive progress and support ongoing optimization. Bennette defines their product roadmaps in two ways: first, by collaborating with all departments to define a problem or capitalize on an opportunity; second, by studying customer behaviors and creating experiences that encourage or alter those behaviors. “In both cases, we set KPIs and hypotheses at the start and monitor them to determine success and direct us to the next iteration,” she said.

Jordan Wallace

My favorite aspect of my role is getting to work at an organization that cares equally about the product and the tech and marketing work that supports it.

Jordan Wallace, Director of Lifecycle Marketing

In order to deliver personalized and timely customer messaging, Jordan Wallace and his team partner with the tech department to integrate their systems with their tech stack. While there are various exciting projects in the pipeline, he’s most excited to integrate the company’s retail data and events into its email service provider. “We have rich data sets that track customers’ behaviors in stores, and we are working on bringing back that data to drive personalization and trigger automations. This project feels rewarding because it is a new frontier for lifecycle marketing,” he said.
