Build and operate a secure, multi-account AWS platform using Terraform, Control Tower, and AFT. Design cross-region disaster recovery, establish RPO/RTO targets, implement replication and failover, and conduct recovery exercises. Harden IAM and federated access, maintain organizational security controls, manage backups and monitoring, automate infrastructure operations with Python and Bash, support incident response, and improve reliability, cost visibility, and CI/CD.

Own the roadmap and performance of internal tools, microservices, payments, moderation, and support systems. Translate technical complexity into documented, measurable products by writing specifications, prototyping tools, analyzing SQL data, reading code, and coordinating engineering and business stakeholders. Manage payments and moderation workflows, define OKRs and KPIs, simplify architecture, and drive data-informed prioritization. The role requires strong technical product experience, engineering fundamentals, fluent SQL, agentic AI tool usage, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Leads the People function across organizational design, talent strategy, manager development, performance systems, compensation, employee lifecycle, communication norms, and distributed-workforce operations. Diagnoses organizational and individual effectiveness issues, implements measurable training and coaching, advises executives, builds scalable People systems, and leads a lean team supporting rapid growth.
