The Director of Product will lead product strategy at Seeking.com, owning the product roadmap, conducting market research, and leveraging agent workflows to enhance product development while coaching and developing teams.

Provide on-site executive and workplace support, manage office operations, onboarding, events, travel, vendor relationships, and administrative systems. Own culture programs, supplies, facilities, and process documentation to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Lead a small social media team and create UGC-style, on-camera content across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Own social strategy, content calendar, campaigns, influencer and event activations, production logistics, vendor relationships, metrics reporting, and budget management to drive audience growth and engagement.
