Leads the People function across organizational design, talent strategy, manager development, performance systems, compensation, employee lifecycle, communication norms, and distributed-workforce operations. Diagnoses organizational and individual effectiveness issues, implements measurable training and coaching, advises executives, builds scalable People systems, and leads a lean team supporting rapid growth.

Design the end-to-end Seeking core experience (web and native), focusing on information design, prototyping, user research, instrumentation, and evolving the design system. Partner with PMs and engineers to move from insight to production, run usability tests, and mentor other designers.

Own the end-to-end Seeking core experience across web and mobile (onboarding, discovery, matching, messaging, profile, subscriptions). Set metrics, prioritize roadmap, prototype in Figma/Framer/code, write specs, run A/B tests, instrument analytics, conduct user research, build agent workflows, and mentor other PMs.
