Provide first-line internal IT support by resolving employee requests, diagnosing Windows, macOS, and Linux issues, configuring devices, managing accounts and access, documenting procedures, maintaining IT assets and inventory, coordinating repairs and vendors, and assisting with network administration. The role also supports onboarding and offboarding, hardware ordering, server room organization, and basic AWS, networking, and identity-management tasks.

Lead Reflect Orbital’s U.S. government sales strategy, growing existing accounts, winning new federal contracts, and converting SBIR opportunities into repeat business. Responsibilities include managing sales targets and pipelines, developing government relationships, leading proposals and negotiations, coordinating with engineering, legal, finance, and policy teams, and representing the company at industry events. The role focuses on selling complex aerospace and emerging technologies to government customers while forecasting revenue and expanding accounts.

Lead Reflect Orbital’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, integrated campaigns, launches, events, content, PR, website, social presence, and customer-facing messaging. Own budgets, performance reporting, creative direction, agency relationships, and team development while translating complex space and energy technology into compelling narratives that build awareness and qualified demand.
