Design, build, and test prototype optical microscopy instruments and submodules for mass photometry. Translate product requirements into technical specs and verification plans, analyse complex instrument data, integrate new modules, and collaborate with research, software, product, and operations teams to deliver production-ready systems and customer-facing specifications.

Own end-to-end development programmes from concept through launch, managing plans, stage gates, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies and stakeholder accountability. Coordinate R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Product Management in a matrix environment. Lead governance reviews, design control planning, supplier engagement and status reporting, while identifying blockers and improving PMO standards, templates and processes.
