The Technical Sales Manager will drive new business acquisition in the biopharma sector, building relationships, selling high-value analytical instruments, and ensuring technology adoption.

Lead and execute channel partner strategy across EMEA to grow revenue and market share for biomolecular instrumentation. Recruit, enable, and manage partners, align sales and marketing, run joint business reviews, forecast in CRM, support customer success, monitor market/competitor activity, and represent the company at events to drive partner performance and adoption.

Design, build, and test prototype optical microscopy instruments and submodules for mass photometry. Translate product requirements into technical specs and verification plans, analyse complex instrument data, integrate new modules, and collaborate with research, software, product, and operations teams to deliver production-ready systems and customer-facing specifications.
