Supports Reece USA’s indirect tax compliance, primarily sales and use tax, along with property tax, business licenses, and corporate filings. Responsibilities include preparing returns, maintaining Avalara and ERP tax configurations, researching taxability, managing exemption certificates, reconciling accounts, assisting audits and notices, coordinating property tax and licensing requirements, and improving tax controls and processes.

Inside Sales Representative supports HVACR customers by providing consultative product solutions, partnering with outside sales, maintaining inventory and sales standards, and accurately entering and tracking sales. The role emphasizes customer service, professionalism, communication, and teamwork. Candidates need at least one year of sales experience in wholesale distribution and a high school diploma or equivalent. The position requires onsite attendance and occasional lifting, bending, crouching, and reaching.

Identifies prospective customers, develops new sales opportunities, and generates additional revenue for the HVACR division. Builds customer relationships, promotes branch-level sales, conducts presentations and negotiations, and visits customer offices and job sites regularly. The role requires strong communication, sales focus, customer service, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
