Serve as a strategic HR business partner advising leaders on talent, performance, change management, employee relations, organizational design, and PE strategy. Drive data-informed people solutions, coach managers, ensure legal compliance, and support retention, development, and operational HR activities across assigned business units.

Leads, develops, and coaches an outside sales team; creates strategic sales plans, improves sales practices, supports quota achievement, builds customer relationships, and identifies growth opportunities. Requires at least three years of outside sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and preferably prior industry and management experience.

Waterworks Trainees support operations at an assigned onsite location while maintaining attendance, operating standard office equipment, communicating clearly, and providing customer service. The role requires attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking, dependability, adaptability, cooperation, and time management. Physical requirements include prolonged sitting and standing and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
