Perform consultative inside sales supporting outside sales to grow customers; maintain inventory and sales standards; accurately enter and track sales; deliver high-quality customer service and professionalism; perform physical tasks (lifting, bending) and be onsite as scheduled.

Drive sales growth by building strong customer relationships, leveraging HVACR product knowledge, and delivering tailored solutions. Travel frequently (up to 90%), maintain onsite presence, meet physical requirements (lift up to 25 lbs), operate office equipment, and ensure excellent oral and written communication.

Manage assigned accounts receivable portfolio: approve credit limits, monitor aging, perform collection calls, process lien/bond filings, reconcile payments, resolve disputes, coordinate with branches/sales, recommend collections or legal action, and visit customers/branches as needed.
