Review credit applications, assess credit reports and risks, communicate approval decisions, resolve payment and invoicing queries, and set and monitor customer credit limits. The role works closely with branches, customers, and internal teams to support effective credit control, maintain relationships, and make sound, timely decisions in a busy environment.

Build and manage relationships with key home builder and commercial developer accounts. Provide plumbing and bathroom product advice, quotations, product selection support, logistics guidance, and specialized customer service. Achieve sales, margin, and activity targets while maintaining product expertise and collaborating with internal teams.

School-based trainee working toward a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while supporting a Reece irrigation and pools branch. Responsibilities include customer service, sales processing, stock management, phone orders, customer follow-up, product learning, communication, and maintaining a tidy branch. Students work approximately one and a half days weekly, must be available Saturdays, and may work additional school-holiday hours.
