Manages finances for residential clients, including bill payment, bank and cash reconciliations, accounts receivable, budgeting, financial assistance applications, quarterly reporting, and documentation. Acts as representative payee when applicable, coordinates with families, guardians, agencies, landlords, and service providers, and ensures compliance with financial and regulatory requirements. Performs home visits and audits client funds, ledgers, and records.

Develop and submit grant proposals, budgets, financial reports, and supporting documentation. Research funding opportunities, manage the full grant lifecycle, maintain grant calendars and records, ensure compliance, and coordinate with program and finance teams. Support strategic fundraising and program development while maintaining relationships with funders and meeting reporting deadlines.

Processes payroll accurately and on time, including reviewing time-clock punches, correcting discrepancies, calculating pay data, and maintaining payroll records and reports. Responds to employee questions about paychecks and deductions, prepares submissions and documents, completes data entry and filing, and protects confidential information. The role also requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and payroll systems.
