Serve as the sole onsite HR Generalist supporting recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, employee relations, leaves/workers' comp, privileging/credentialing, HRIS (Paylocity) maintenance, performance management, employee engagement, and HR reporting. Act as primary employee and manager consultant, implement HR programs, ensure compliance, and partner with senior HR, compliance, and payroll teams to maintain audit-ready credentialing and personnel files.
