Lead plant-level finance and administrative operations for a beverage co-packer. Manage cost accounting, budgeting, inventory valuation, procurement, production planning support, supplier relations, ERP/inventory systems, KPIs, month-end close, and cross-functional coordination to optimize production efficiency, working capital, and profitability. Supervise Procurement, Planning, and Supply Chain teams and support continuous improvement and compliance activities.

Supports day-to-day HR programs in a manufacturing environment: full-cycle recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, benefits and leave administration, payroll support, compliance with federal and California laws, training, performance management, HRIS/Paycom administration, and HR reporting. Partners with manufacturing leadership to maintain a safe, engaged workforce.

Oversee all daily operations of a beverage manufacturing plant, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant production. Lead production, maintenance, quality, safety, and warehouse teams; drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, KPIs, capital projects, and cross-functional launches.
