Supports tax professionals with preparing federal and state tax returns, extension calculations, estimated tax vouchers, workpapers, and schedules. Organizes financial information in tax software, reviews draft returns, tracks workflow, incorporates feedback, and participates in team meetings and training. The internship provides practical exposure to public accounting processes, client confidentiality, and the end-to-end tax return lifecycle.

Manages HR policies, compliance, administration, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, performance management, HRIS integrity, reporting, and HR team oversight. Partners with portfolio leadership on workforce strategy, compliance risks, talent initiatives, training, and complex employee matters. The role is hybrid, Monday through Friday, and may manage HR staff as the portfolio grows.

Support tax and accounting engagements under supervision by preparing and reviewing individual, business, and nonprofit tax returns, assisting audits, responding to tax authorities, and learning firm procedures while maintaining professional standards and client confidentiality.
