Act as the commercial bridge between Sales, Project Management, and technical teams. Manage and negotiate change requests (CCNs), support proposal development, track out-of-scope work, maintain customer relationships, and contribute to commercial negotiations and pipeline structuring for ESA-related space projects.

Design mechanical components and subsystems for scientific instruments and satellites from requirements through detailed design. Perform tolerance studies, basic structural and thermal analysis, material and manufacturing selection, and produce 3D models and 2D drawings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure form, fit, safety, reliability, cost, and manufacturability for mission-critical space systems.

Translate customer product assurance, quality, and safety requirements into project-specific plans and monitor implementation across design, manufacturing, integration, test, and delivery. Perform subcontractor oversight, non-conformance handling, dependability analyses, hardware inspections, support test campaigns, participate in formal customer reviews, and report project activities. May contribute to company-level EN9100 improvements or specialist functions (Materials & Processes, Reliability, EEE parts).

Provide daily IT operations support across Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland: monitor service levels, coordinate incident resolution, analyze recurring issues, improve IT processes, align with IT Support Team, and operate within the ISO27000 framework to ensure reliable, secure IT services.

Lead end-to-end development of space robotic systems, managing requirements, architecture, verification, risk, and customer interfaces. Oversee system design, testing, and documentation to ensure mission success from concept through on-orbit validation.

Lead embedded software architecture for satellite equipment or scientific instruments: translate customer requirements into software specifications, ensure technical coherence, manage software lifecycle and documentation, review and support embedded design, lead software functional and performance test campaigns, and support technical reviews with customers.

Develop, design, implement, and test embedded flight software for satellite equipment and scientific instruments. Ensure MISRA-compliant code, perform unit/integration/validation tests in simulation and on hardware, document deliverables, and participate in equipment/instrument functional and performance test campaigns prior to client handover.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and financial planning. Provide financial analysis and decision support to leadership and project teams, improve project performance, promote finance literacy, maintain SOX internal controls, and act as backup for month-end close in a project-oriented, compliance-driven environment.
