Build Reducto’s data infrastructure from the ground up, owning warehouses, databases, pipelines, orchestration, transformations, data modeling, reliability, testing, freshness, and lineage. Integrate product, sales, and finance data into trusted company-wide datasets. Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and GTM leaders to define business metrics and priorities. As the founding data hire, establish scalable architecture and standards while supporting analytics and business decision-making.

Owns high-priority, ambiguous strategic initiatives from scoping through execution and handoff. Partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, GTM, Sales, and Operations. Builds 0-to-1 workflows, dashboards, reporting, automation, and analytics; drives measurable outcomes without formal authority; prepares executive updates; and manages multiple shifting projects in parallel.

Leads and develops a team of Growth Account Executives selling complex B2B SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers. Builds the growth sales motion, playbook, qualification methodology, forecasting processes, territory models, and pipeline rigor. Partners with RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on go-to-market strategy, demand generation, product feedback, pricing, and customer handoffs. Hires and scales the sales team while managing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.
