Build and lead Reducto’s Sales Development team of 8–10 SDRs in San Francisco. Responsibilities include managing, coaching, recruiting, onboarding, and developing representatives; creating outbound prospecting strategies; conducting pipeline and forecasting reviews; improving messaging and conversion; and partnering with Marketing, RevOps, and Account Executives to generate qualified Growth and Enterprise pipeline.

Generate qualified pipeline through creative outbound campaigns, optimize lead-generation channels, run content and marketing experiments, maintain CRM processes, support deals through close, and create content for technical decision-makers. The role targets technical buyers and offers a path to Account Executive. It is an in-person position in New York City at a fast-growing AI startup.

As an ML Infra Engineer, you'll build and maintain training and inference frameworks, scale distributed workloads, and improve system observability. You'll apply state-of-the-art methods while collaborating with ML and Platform teams.
