Develop backend software using a spec-driven, AI-assisted engineering model. Responsibilities include translating requirements into precise specifications, identifying risks and ambiguities, guiding AI implementation, reviewing generated code, designing scalable backend components, testing and benchmarking solutions, investigating failures, and improving engineering guardrails and tooling. The role requires strong backend engineering, production practices, independent ownership, native or C2 Russian proficiency, English technical communication, and EU residence.
