Provides education, information, and support for RAS programs serving enrolled pharmacies. Acts as a primary contact, coordinates internal teams, troubleshoots issues, maintains support records, monitors program adoption, and identifies process improvements. The role requires developing expertise in program benefits, pharmacy workflows, ERP systems, and customer communication while supporting retention and overall program success.

Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN networks and system architecture. Administer operating systems, user accounts, email servers, and security protocols. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, write shell scripts, and document system changes while supporting end users and coordinating with management.

Lead development and execution of content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, engagement, and growth. Manage and mentor a small content team; create and oversee content (newsletters, webinars, emails, social, paid ads, website); collaborate with product, sales, creative, and digital teams; use analytics to measure and optimize performance; and report results to marketing leadership.

Lead and scale the Technical Account Management function for strategic enterprise customers. Set strategy, service models, KPIs, SLAs, and escalation governance; manage complex escalations and incidents; build executive relationships; align cross-functionally to drive product and operational improvements; and recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team to ensure customer value, retention, and operational excellence.

Design end-to-end B2B marketplace workflows for buyers and suppliers, from discovery and research through high-fidelity designs and handoff. Conduct user research and testing, create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI, evolve design systems, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Support, and Marketing to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.

Lead a team of automation engineers, oversee automation strategy and integration into CI/CD for delivering quality software.

Manage onboarding of pharmacy chain customers to RedSail's claims switching and pharmacy platform. Complete implementation tasks, document plans, coordinate integrations (NCPDP, BIN/PCN, connectivity), lead testing and cutover, troubleshoot transactions, and transition customers to account management while maintaining stakeholder communication.

Serve as the dedicated technical and operational partner for strategic pharmacy customers. Own day-to-day operational success, troubleshoot integrations and claims processing, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain customer playbooks, lead operational reviews, recommend process improvements, and act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering.

Coordinate and schedule installation projects, liaise with customers, installers, and internal teams, track progress, verify shipments, maintain documentation and status records, handle escalations, and perform related administrative tasks to ensure timely, accurate project completion and excellent customer service.

Provide legal support to the General Counsel across commercial transactions, technology and IP licensing, SaaS/API/data agreements, BAAs and HIPAA compliance, contract negotiation, subpoena responses, investigations, and cross-functional counseling to minimize legal risk and support product and business objectives.

Investigate and prevent fraud involving customer accounts and pharmacy activity by analyzing RAS/PowerLine and PMS data, conducting proactive audits, documenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and recommend corrective actions and policy improvements.

Lead DTC and B2B go-to-market for RxLocal, driving patient acquisition, activation, retention, and pharma brand engagement across paid digital, in-store, and CRM channels. Develop messaging, creative, ABM, campaign analytics, and sales enablement materials while partnering with product, pharma sales, and agencies to optimize performance.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks; mentor junior engineers; integrate automated tests into CI/CD; perform API and load testing; troubleshoot test failures; implement test data management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes.

Lead design and execution of performance management, succession planning, career frameworks, and employee engagement. Run annual engagement survey, analyze talent data, facilitate calibrations and talent reviews, deliver manager training, and partner with HRBPs and leaders to embed culture and development practices across the organization.

Leads large, cross-functional product and engineering programs from concept to delivery, aligning roadmaps, managing dependencies and risks, driving commercialization and Agile execution, using AI and tooling to improve delivery, and reporting outcomes and KPIs to stakeholders and executives.

Execute and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (PPC) across Meta, LinkedIn, 6sense and other channels, collaborating with external agencies for Google and Reddit. Monitor and improve CPL, CVR, and ROAS; run keyword research, audience targeting, A/B tests, and manage budgets. Build reporting dashboards, analyze performance to inform SEO, content, and broader marketing strategy.
