Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (LWC/Aura/Apex). Gather requirements, implement integrations (REST/SOAP), manage data models, optimize performance, enforce security/compliance, conduct code reviews, mentor juniors, and maintain technical documentation.

Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional technical initiatives for Core Platform. Drive quarterly planning and OKRs, align teams on scope, manage dependencies and vendor/banking integrations, maintain RAG program health, unblock teams, escalate risks, and provide concise leadership updates to drive decisions.

Lead platform product strategy and roadmap to unify operations portals, define SLOs/SLIs, prioritize top user flows, manage intake and backlog, own operational continuity and change control, and partner with SRE and Core Platform Engineering to improve reliability and compliance.
