Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional technical initiatives for Core Platform. Drive quarterly planning and OKRs, align teams on scope, manage dependencies and vendor/banking integrations, maintain RAG program health, unblock teams, escalate risks, and provide concise leadership updates to drive decisions.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs, while also enhancing frontend systems and mentoring engineers.

Grow the affiliate partnership network by identifying and engaging prospective partners, managing the end-to-end sales cycle and CRM, negotiating and closing partnerships, coordinating internal teams for delivery, and collaborating to retain and expand business relationships.
