Perform daily automated and manual reconciliations for safeguarded client accounts, investigate ledger and bank statement breaks, calculate client funding requirements, and maintain regulatory compliance. Resolve aged exceptions, coordinate with Operations, Payments, and Treasury, support audits and filings, and improve reconciliation workflows through automation and process streamlining.

Designs and executes partner activation, co-marketing, sales enablement, and content programs across the UK, Ireland, France, and US. The role develops partner campaigns, collateral, messaging, events, webinars, and self-serve resources; collaborates with sales, content, product, and engineering; and tracks referral conversion, partner activation, campaign engagement, and toolkit adoption. Requires hands-on ownership of partner marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

Grow the affiliate partnership network by identifying and engaging prospective business partners, building relationships with decision-makers, managing the full sales cycle, and developing a pipeline of opportunities. The role involves positioning money transfer solutions, supporting partners, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining CRM accuracy, meeting business metrics, and ensuring strong partner retention. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
