Own and build Pixis' finance function: run monthly close and reporting, ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness, stand up standalone payroll/benefits/banking/ERP (NetSuite) systems, lead M&A financial diligence and post-merger integrations, manage FP&A, tax, compliance, investor reporting, and vendor relationships.

Support day-to-day execution of experiential marketing campaigns by coordinating meetings, tracking tasks and timelines, creating Run of Show, processing expenses, monitoring budgets, onboarding and scheduling field staff, managing client communications, supporting program close-out and light business-development work. Travel to onsite activations as needed and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery.

Lead large-scale, high-profile experiential and live-event programs as account/program lead. Own client success, profitability, budgets, SOWs, venue sourcing, sponsorship negotiations, and billing. Coordinate Production, Creative, and Talent, mentor senior staff, drive organic growth and proposals, improve processes, represent the agency externally, and travel to oversee activations.
