Leads account growth, new business development, proposals, pitches, client relationships, budgets, SOWs, profitability, and delivery of complex experiential marketing programs. Manages and mentors account-services teams while partnering with Production, Creative, Talent, and senior leadership. Builds strategic relationships with national and multinational brands, oversees high-profile activations, represents the agency externally, and travels as needed for growth opportunities and client engagements.

Provide high-touch executive and personal support to the CEO across two companies: manage complex calendar and travel, triage inbox, prepare briefings and agendas, draft correspondence, track commitments, run AI tools, coordinate meetings, support sales presentations and social media, and handle confidential matters with discretion.

Lead large-scale, high-profile experiential and live-event programs as account/program lead. Own client success, profitability, budgets, SOWs, venue sourcing, sponsorship negotiations, and billing. Coordinate Production, Creative, and Talent, mentor senior staff, drive organic growth and proposals, improve processes, represent the agency externally, and travel to oversee activations.
