Teams at Redox

Build and own Redox’s provider-system customer success function from the ground up. Manage relationships with hospital IT and integration teams, increase provider engagement and referenceability, generate fast-pass introductions, identify direct commercial opportunities, and establish outreach and relationship-tracking processes. Report pilot results and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product. The role requires healthcare interoperability knowledge, autonomous relationship management, strong communication, and proficiency with customer success, CRM, and AI tools.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare technology and integration projects from kickoff through go-live. Translate technical requirements into execution plans, coordinate Engineering, Implementation, Product, customers, and partners, and manage risks, budgets, timelines, documentation, and status reporting. The role also improves project processes and tooling, supports requirements gathering, and ensures successful, on-time, in-scope delivery across concurrent projects.

Manage strategic healthcare provider accounts, drive new sales, renewals, and expansion opportunities, and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers. Build executive relationships, identify business opportunities, lead consultative sales presentations, negotiate contracts, close upsells, and manage the full sales cycle. Track sales activity in CRM systems while meeting quota and supporting customer growth plans. Travel up to 20% for client events and meetings.
