Own end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare technology and integration projects from kickoff through go-live. Translate technical requirements into execution plans, coordinate Engineering, Implementation, Product, customers, and partners, and manage risks, budgets, timelines, documentation, and status reporting. The role also improves project processes and tooling, supports requirements gathering, and ensures successful, on-time, in-scope delivery across concurrent projects.

Manage strategic healthcare provider accounts, drive new sales, renewals, and expansion opportunities, and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers. Build executive relationships, identify business opportunities, lead consultative sales presentations, negotiate contracts, close upsells, and manage the full sales cycle. Track sales activity in CRM systems while meeting quota and supporting customer growth plans. Travel up to 20% for client events and meetings.

Partner with healthcare customers throughout technical onboarding, guiding integration strategy, training, troubleshooting, documentation, operational readiness, and go-live. Manage multiple concurrent projects, collaborate with internal teams on success plans and escalations, create onboarding content, and advise customers on Redox tools, healthcare integration standards, clinical workflows, and EHR systems.
