Oversee multi-unit wireless retail operations across Texas, including inventory, cash handling, scheduling, merchandising, deployments, asset management, facilities, compliance visits, and new store openings. Improve operational processes, formulate strategic objectives, analyze performance metrics, mentor teams, support store managers and field teams, and maintain efficient, compliant, and profitable operations. The role requires travel up to 80% across the Texas market.

Sell wireless, internet, cable, TV, mobile, and related telecommunications services in a retail store. Engage customers, assess needs, recommend packages, explain pricing and promotions, and drive upselling, cross-selling, sales goals, commissions, and customer satisfaction. Maintain product knowledge, provide professional service, collaborate with the team, support nearby stores within 35 miles, and work flexible in-person shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
