Owns employee experience and office operations for Redis’s Austin office. Responsibilities include onboarding, engagement initiatives, employee events, wellbeing programs, exits, travel arrangements, office supplies and logistics, facilities coordination, seating and equipment procurement, vendor relationships, and local HR support. The role requires full-time, five-day-a-week office presence and collaboration with global HR and remote teams.

Generate and qualify leads through targeted account research, high-volume outbound prospecting, and inbound follow-up across email, social media, and phone. Schedule qualified meetings for field sales teams, collaborate with Account Executives on account plans, maintain accurate Salesforce and Outreach records, and meet activity and performance goals. The role requires strong communication, curiosity, initiative, coachability, and Portuguese fluency, with hybrid work in Austin, Texas.

Lead Redis’s digital growth strategy across website, SEO, AEO, GEO, CRO, documentation pathways, and AI surfaces. Build agent- and human-focused discovery-to-conversion journeys, establish measurement connecting visibility to activation and pipeline, lead experimentation, direct contractors and agencies, and align content, developer relations, product, engineering, paid media, and executives. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on campaign, journey, and workflow development in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
