Own end-to-end onboarding projects for new healthcare clients, brokers, and internal teams. Manage timelines, communication, enrollment outcomes, client education, and issue resolution while building strong initial relationships. Collaborate across healthcare, claims, care, and member success teams to improve onboarding efficiency and ensure smooth transitions into ongoing client success.

Coordinates oncology care across chemotherapy, radiation, and surgical treatments; verifies treatment details and benefits, supports coverage and financial resources, collaborates with clinical teams and providers, communicates with members and families, and maintains accurate EMR records.

Supports recruiting and onboarding by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, managing job postings, leading orientation, and ensuring new team members feel welcomed and prepared. Partners with hiring managers and the Director of People Operations to improve hiring processes, culture, and the overall team member experience. Serves as an approachable in-office resource and helps ensure recruiting activities run smoothly.
