Manage energy optimization efforts, conduct energy audits, develop conservation measures, lead a team, and report to government leadership.

Provide acquisition and sustainment subject-matter expertise to support OUSD(A&S). Coordinate cross-functional teams, translate mission needs into delivery plans and roadmaps, inform data and analytics products, ensure alignment with government standards, security, accessibility, and brief senior leaders.

Lead design and development of large-scale government software systems: analyze requirements, design end-to-end solutions, implement and configure programs, troubleshoot via root-cause analysis, recommend optimizations, adapt to changing operational needs, synthesize technical data, and mentor junior engineers.
