Teams at Redfin

Design and implement complex Android platform projects, build core frameworks and tooling, collaborate with product and design, review code, document best practices, improve app performance and stability, and evangelize AI code-generation tools to accelerate development.

Represent buyers and sellers using Redfin's platform and leads. Manage client relationships, win listings, close deals, and use Redfin CRM and support teams (transaction/listing coordinators, showing agents, inside sales). Maintain active license, local transportation and insurance, and meet sales targets to earn commission and accelerator incentives.

Lead design and implementation of complex Android platform projects, build core frameworks and tooling, collaborate with product and design, drive Android best practices, review code and documentation, support app stability and performance, and participate in on-call rotation. Evangelize AI code-generation tools to document and create code.
