Provide in-house legal counsel for REDEN’s German renewable energy operations. Responsibilities include corporate governance, restructurings, M&A, project financing, contract drafting and negotiation, litigation coordination, compliance, risk management, legal documentation, and country-level legal department organization. The role requires partnership with German management and operational teams, coordination with headquarters, and fluency in German and English.

Designs and evaluates standalone and co-located battery storage solutions from prospecting through ready-to-build, supporting investment decisions and project development. Prepares technical offers, tender documentation, regulatory deliverables, and stakeholder materials. Develops technical methods and performance indicators, consults suppliers, researches innovative technologies, and optimizes system designs for feasibility and economic performance. The role interfaces with internal teams and external partners and requires strong electrical and energy engineering expertise.

Develops photovoltaic and BESS projects in Italy from site assessment through permitting and ready-to-build status. Coordinates with grid operators, landowners, authorities, regulators, and construction managers; negotiates project agreements; supports construction through commercial operation; and manages project plans, budgets, resources, timelines, documentation, and executive reporting.
