Provide administrative support for volunteer coordination and Sunday services: manage calendars, Planning Center, onboarding/background checks, communications, database maintenance, reports, supplies, and event preparation to ensure organized ministry operations.

Provide part-time remote administrative and technical support for online ministry services and events: troubleshoot live streams, maintain service resources and databases, coordinate volunteers, manage communications, and assist with online event registration and reporting.

Provide Level 2 IT and endpoint security administration for a campus environment: manage Microsoft 365 and Intune, oversee RMM and endpoint protection, support AV/live-production systems and livestreaming, resolve Tier 1/2 issues, mentor Level 1 staff and volunteers, and be on-call for weekend services and events.

Oversee campus safety and facility operations at Redemption San Jose, implement and monitor Cal/OSHA-compliant safety programs, maintain safety equipment, run trainings, conduct safety walk-throughs, manage fleet and executive transport, coordinate vendors, handle incident reporting, and manage related budgeting and records.

Owns reconciliation and integrity of all incoming revenue across entities and platforms (donor, subscription, POS, e-commerce, royalties). Reconciles sub-ledgers to GL, investigates discrepancies, handles escalations, manages Pushpay reporting, supports month-end close and audits, and enforces controls and verification for AR processes.

Lead and develop age-appropriate K4/K5 ministry experiences by managing volunteers, preparing curriculum and classroom environments, supporting department leadership, communicating with families, and assisting with setup, reports, meetings, and special events.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Spanish Church Senior Pastor: plan and execute events, oversee budgets and volunteers (60–100), manage communications and marketing, track ministry metrics, maintain systems, order supplies, provide on-site logistical support for services, liaise with staff and ministry leaders, and uphold church policies and values.

Part-time Communications Coordinator who plans, writes, and executes email and SMS campaigns, weekly service scripts and announcements, podcast and sermon summaries, and recurring devotion/newsletter communications. Collaborates with leadership, marketing, and ministry teams to ensure consistent voice, timing, and clear calls-to-action across campuses.

Design and produce visual assets for sermon series, events, digital channels, print, and merchandise. Collaborate with pastors and creative teams to maintain brand identity, prepare files for production, and support live event visuals while keeping apparel and merch designs current with trends.
