Develop and execute B2B marketing outreach strategies for REDE Consulting’s GRC and AI technology services. Responsibilities include creating LinkedIn campaigns, optimizing lead generation on platforms such as Upwork, developing go-to-market ideas, communicating technical offerings to enterprise clients, and tracking engagement metrics to improve campaign performance. This is a three-month, unpaid, milestone-based internship with mentorship, certification, and potential full-time opportunities.

Generate and qualify business leads across India and USA through prospect research, cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. Build sales pipelines, maintain CRM records, schedule discovery meetings, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. The role requires strong verbal and written communication, sales-tool familiarity, market research skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations for global clients, including solution architecture, configuration, optimization, automated data feeds, custom applications, scripted workflows, and executive dashboards. Advise clients on enterprise risk management, cross-platform GRC strategy, Archer IRM integrations or migrations, and digital transformation. Present complex technical solutions to executive stakeholders while supporting high-impact consulting engagements.

Lead architecture and delivery of ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, BCM). Design regulatory-compliant solutions for Financial Services or Pharma, integrate ServiceNow with enterprise tools, mentor teams, and engage with clients for workshops and technical roadmaps.
