Serve as the technical lead for sales and operations: develop and present technical and economic proposals, conduct site assessments, manage design/construction partners, perform quality control and M&V, apply ASHRAE standards, create engineering standards and training, and support project turnover and delivery as an in-house energy engineering SME.

Manage indirect spend and contracts, negotiate with suppliers, onboard vendors, create cost models and supplier coverage maps, generate data-driven reports, monitor market and feedstock trends to inform sourcing strategy and support cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage supplier onboarding, compliance, and category support for sourcing and procurement. Maintain supplier data in Process Unity, Salesforce, and ERP systems, drive supplier performance reviews, assist negotiations, prepare contracts via DocuSign, support PO/SSA tasks, cleanse datasets, and collaborate cross-functionally to standardize and optimize processes.

The FP&A Specialist will prepare financial reports, perform variance analysis, develop cash forecasts, conduct financial analysis, and assist with board presentations. Requires 5+ years of FP&A experience, advanced financial qualifications, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to sales growth by leveraging strong communication skills and understanding of sustainability.
