Develop and expand a geographic sales territory for a compounding pharmacy by building relationships with physicians, clinics, wellness centers, and referral sources. Conduct sales visits, presentations, and educational meetings; manage existing accounts; attend networking events; monitor market and competitor trends; create marketing campaigns; and ensure pharmaceutical marketing compliance. The role requires approximately 40% travel throughout the assigned territory and offers competitive compensation based on experience.

Conduct onboarding calls with providers and clinic staff, explain pharmacy workflows and ordering procedures, answer operational questions, complete documentation, and coordinate with sales, operations, and pharmacy teams. Maintain accurate account records and follow up to ensure clinics are prepared to prescribe through the pharmacy. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, and performed in-office in Salt Lake City.

Manages pharmacy billing operations, payment posting, account reconciliation, insurance verification, claims follow-up, collections, statements, and billing issue resolution. Coordinates with pharmacy staff and long-term care facilities to ensure accurate patient, insurance, census, and payment information. Supports Medicaid, Medicare, private-pay, and third-party billing while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
