Maintain required certifications and support managed services customers. Frequent travel required.

Act as a strategic partner to Revenue Operations by analyzing performance, building executive dashboards and reports, improving CRM data quality and governance, supporting forecasting and pipeline management, and designing scalable processes and automations to increase efficiency and revenue visibility.

Pre-sales technical leader who partners with account executives to define architecture, propose solutions, validate SOW/BOM/LOE, demonstrate solutions, and maintain OEM certifications. Mentors peers and provides technical sales guidance across Data Center, Cloud, Collaboration, Security, and networking domains.
