Teams at Red River

Manages client-facing IT service governance for assigned accounts, including operational reviews, performance reporting, SLA and KPI oversight, incident escalation, service transitions, runbooks, invoicing review, and continuous improvement. Coordinates Service Desk, NOC, engineering, tools, and service delivery teams to align managed services with client expectations and contractual commitments. Serves as the primary day-to-day client contact and supports governance, issue resolution, and account operations.

Designs, implements, troubleshoots, and modernizes complex enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, SD-Access, SD-Branch, routing, switching, security, and cloud networking environments. Leads multi-site deployments, migrations, documentation, customer engagements, technical presentations, estimates, and solution design. Mentors junior engineers, supports presales activities, develops automation and delivery methodologies, and manages concurrent professional services engagements with up to 50% travel.

Manages Red River’s GWAC and IDIQ contract portfolio, serving as liaison among federal customers, NASA SEWP PMO, internal teams, and partners. Oversees deputy program managers, contract utilization, technical refreshes, catalog maintenance, task-order responses, reporting, training, supply-chain coordination, marketing, and industry outreach. Supports revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, compliance, and operational excellence across large government contract vehicles.
