Provides onsite and remote VIP and executive IT support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, networks, collaboration tools, productivity applications, and audiovisual systems. Diagnoses incidents, performs proactive maintenance, manages assets and ServiceNow requests, supports executive meetings and events, troubleshoots VPN and MDM access, and promotes security compliance. Coordinates escalations with service managers, vendors, internal teams, and security groups while delivering personalized, customer-focused technology assistance.

Make outbound prospecting calls and use sales tools to identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. Manage inbound leads with marketing, meet monthly opportunity quotas, and use Outreach/ZoomInfo/LinkedIn to build pipeline and engage executives. Opportunity for growth into Account Executive roles.

Manage assigned customer accounts and support Account Executives across pre- and post-sale activities. Drive sales opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, account management, cold and warm calls, and quote management. Identify relevant technologies, present IT solutions, coordinate internal teams and external vendors, and provide responsive customer service. The role also requires pricing judgment, contract and compliance awareness, effective communication, and participation in IT sales training.
