Greet and assist guests, manage check-ins/check-outs and reservations, answer calls, maintain guest records and room inventory, handle cash and audits, resolve complaints, coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance, and perform opening/closing and other assigned duties.

Provide administrative and operational support for office and field teams: manage vehicle registrations, prepare daily deposits, assist with bids, maintain files, handle calls and emails, coordinate scheduling, and travel to sites, banks, vendors, or customers as needed.

Perform and support housekeeping duties to maintain guest rooms and public areas to brand standards: move furniture, clean rooms and public spaces, collect and stock linens, handle trash and guest requests, and assist with inventories and supply storage.
